If you’re unable to see other players' names in-game, it’s likely due to a name display toggle.
Simply press Ctrl + N
on your keyboard repeatedly until player names become visible again.
💡 This shortcut cycles through name display modes — keep pressing until the correct one appears.
If you're experiencing issues with the Neprenia client (such as failed updates, visual bugs, or broken modules), cleaning your client cache can often resolve the problem.
Follow the steps below carefully:
Close all open Neprenia clients
Make sure there are no instances of the client running in the background.
Open the Run dialog
Press Win + R
on your keyboard
Type the following path and press Enter:
Rename the Neprenia folder
Find the folder named neprenia
Rename it to something like neprenia_backup
✅ This keeps your bot settings (cavebot, target, hotkeys, etc.) safe in case you want to restore them later
Reopen the client
Launch the Neprenia client again
It will automatically create a fresh cache and begin downloading updates
Wait for the update to complete
Let the client finish all updates
Check if the issue has been resolved
If the client still doesn't work correctly, make sure your antivirus or firewall is not blocking any game files.
You can copy configuration files (like cavebot or target settings) from the backup folder to the new one if needed.
⚠️ This will not delete your account or progress. It only removes temporary files stored locally on your device.
Open your device’s Settings
Look for the ⚙️ Settings icon and tap it.
Go to “Apps” or “Applications”
The name may vary slightly depending on your device/Android version.
Find the Neprenia App
Scroll through your installed apps and tap on Neprenia.
Tap on “Storage & Cache” (Or just "Storage" on some versions)
Tap “Clear Cache”
✅ This will immediately remove the temporary data.
❌ Do not tap “Clear Data” unless instructed — that may reset your settings.
Reopen the Neprenia app
Let it reload any required files and check if the problem is resolved.
If the issue persists, you can try:
Restarting your device
Reinstalling the app (only if instructed — you may lose custom settings)
