You can access the forge going from the Karmia's Depot, just go downstairs form teleports room and at nortwest you can see the forge entrance.
To produce certain items, a high mastery level is required. You can increase your mastery level each time you use the forge. If you don't have the necessary level to create your desired item, start with common items. Make a profit by selling these to other players at Offline Trade.
Some craftable items have multiple recipes, allowing you to use different materials. When multiple recipes are available, the "Recipes" button is activated. Click it to switch between available recipes.
To produce recipes, money is required. Fortunately, the forge can directly access your bank account, so carrying cash isn't necessary.
In certain cases, recipes might be locked, typically requiring task or quest completion for access. To discover the requirements to unlock a recipe, click the "Locked" button in the forge interface.
To access the forge module, first enter the forge room and click on the forge (a big skull face). This action will open an interface where you can browse through different categories to find the recipe that you are looking for, you can see all recipes here:
